Review Indosat Broadband 3.5G
Friends, I want to share about Indosat 3.5G Broadband. This number is already active a week ago (October 20, 2008). I use Extra Light Package Regular Quota (1.25GB/month) and I use Nokia 5320 XpressMusic as modem.

I also test the speed of StarOne (far indeed capabilities) OOT =)
One thing that makes me worried (because I use bundling with Matrix) is the check-usage is not updated, even i-ring had always failed. I've got this data on the date of October 30, 2008 12:08AM (see last data update:October 24, 2008) and it means that a week ago??!
To check my usage, I usually use the message facilities: PUL send to 777
and check data: INFO DATA send to 777 or directly check on the internet usage as above.
The answer that I received was the final usage is 0 (zero) starting from the last bill, while the info data has not been successful as well until now. Finally I called its customer service up to 4 times . They promise the problem will be finished within 24 hours was, but another say is being processed for 3 days. On Oct 28, 2008, I received an apology from the Technical Support Indosat, they explained that the continued expansion of the network and maintain the system that causes it and finally at Oct 30 I can do the check usage with conditions as above.
How can we control the usage of data charges ?

Teman-teman, saya mau sharing mengenai Indosat Broadband 3.5G. Nomor ini baru aktif seminggu yang lalu (20 Okt 2008). Saya memakai Paket Quota Regular Extra Light (1.25GB/bln), gadget yang saya pakai sebagai modem adalah Nokia 5320 XpressMusic.
Satu hal yang mebuat saya khawatir (karena saya menggunakannya bundling dengan Matrix) adalah check usage yang tidak update, bahkan i-ring pun selalu gagal. Data ini saya dapat pada tanggal 30 Okt 2008 12:08 AM (lihat update data terakhirnya : 24 Okt 2008) berarti seminggu yang lalu??!
Untuk cek pulsa saya, biasanya saya menggunakan fasilitas : PUL kirim ke 777
dan cek data : INFO DATA kirim ke 777 atau langsung check usage di internet seperti di atas.
Jawaban yang saya terima adalah pulsa 0 mulai dari tagihan terakhir, sementara info data sampai sekarang belum berhasil juga. Akhirnya saya sampai 4 kali menelpon customer service-nya. Mereka berjanji masalah akan selesai dalam 24 jam lah, tapi ada yang bilang sedang diproses selama 3 hari kerja. Pada28 Okt 2008, saya menerima permintaan maaf dari Technical Support Indosat, mereka menjelaskan bahwa adanya ekspansi jaringan dan maintain pada sistem Indosat yang menyebabkan hal tersebut dan akhirnya tanggal 30 saya bisa melakukan check usage dengan kondisi seperti di atas.
Adakah rekan-rekan punya pengalaman yang sama?

Barcode of Life Initiative (BOLI). I found this article when I made my homework about Barcode. This is an amazing invention about life. Barcode not only use for identifying goods but also identifying species. When barcode for goods works with only two color, black and white, barcode for life use a lot of color combination. We can imagine how complex it is.
DNA barcode is proving effective in:
· Assigning specimens to known species using only a tiny piece of tissue,
· Discovering new variation within what were presumed to be single species, and
· Documenting the biodiversity of poorly known taxonomic groups and poorly sampled geographic areas.
HOW DNA BARCODING WORKS
1. All species have distinct barcode gene sequences.
2. Building a public library of barcode sequences from museum reference specimens
3. Voucher specimens in museums provide tissue samples that will produce a reference barcode for that species
4. Using the standard and widely available tools of molecular biology, DNA is extracted from the tissue,
5. The barcode region is isolated then replicated by PCR amplification, and sequenced
6. Unknown specimens can be identified by ‘looking up’ their sequences in the reference library
7. Barcode records contain the DNA sequence, data on the voucher specimen, and the species name stored in the three global databases of gene sequences: GenBank, EMBL, and DDBJ, where they are available without charge

Not willing to narcissistic, which would make playing games fun(during follow-DOTA in the office must always be a server but do not ever win = ((). To do office work or college really OK, or when it should be running CAD programs such as Unigraphics or ProE is still current.
Additionally Nokia 2865 who do not have any known ability to buy it first, it can be used as a modem, I finally get online all the time.

Bukan mau narsis, yang pasti buat ngegame asyik (selama ikutan DotA di kantor pasti jadi server terus tapi ga pernah menang =(( ) mengerjakan tugas kantor sama kuliah OK bgt, atau ketika harus running program CAD seperti Unigraphics atau ProE masih lancar koq.
Tambahan lagi hp buluk 2865 yang ga pernah diketahui kemampuannya sewaktu membelinya dulu, ternyata sudah bisa dipakai sebagai modem, akhirnya aku bisa online setiap saat.

Xabre Technology is formed from 3rd Progressio Business Innovation Contest in 2003. I've got no idea for the team name, at a glance I saw my CHIP magazine, I saw SiS Xabre, a VGA which was equivalent to the NVidia GeForce 400MX with Xabre writing, there is a sword above it. I thought that's cool ... hmm .. My idea was develop a solar cooker (indeed far from Xabre logo which means sword). The initial idea is to combine solar photovoltaic system with solarcooker with reflector. Not bad, at that time I entered as a finalist, Top 10 to be exact. Although at that time I was not a champion, that's the best moments of my life.
